Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Service. This reliable service includes tracking and aims to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.


Delivery Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

Brave Terrain – Returns Policy

At Brave Terrain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Be unused and unworn

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Return Shipping
